Jal Neti Pot is an age-old Indian nasal cleansing method that has been used for many years. It entails inserting a warm saltwater solution into one nostril and letting it drain through the other, clearing the nasal passageways of any debris, mucus, or other contaminants that could be there. Here is a guide on how to effectively clean your nasal passages using a Jal Neti Pot: Fill the Neti Pot with warm water:  Water that has been boiled and then cooled to a pleasant temperature can be used. To the water, add one teaspoon of non-iodized salt, and stir until it dissolves. Tilt your head to the side:  Position your head so that one nostril is looking downward while standing over a washbasin or basin. Put the Neti Pot's spout inside the upper nostril. Pour the water:  Fill the upper nostril with water from the Neti Pot slowly. The lower nostril will be used for the water's exit from the nasal cavity.
